Leonard Wood

Property is Leonard’s second career and it all began at 40!

He started as a Lettings Manager in Marylebone before being headhunted by a local independent who had branches in West Hampstead and St. Johns Wood. After 7 years working in both areas he decided to go it alone and in August 2009 Michael Leonard Estates was established. Since then he’s not looked back. When at home, his passions are riding his Harley Davidson, spending time with the family and dogs, eating out and going to the cinema.

Mark Durban

Mark joined as a director at ML Estates over two years ago, following an 18-year career with another leading West Hampstead estate agency.

Over that time, he has become a well-known figure in the industry with a great track record.  He has an extensive knowledge of the area and great expertise in technology and marketing. As a member of ARLA he gains a huge amount of information and understanding regarding the latest lettings legislation that is invaluable to clients.

In his spare time, Mark enjoys dining out, spending time with his children, supporting Spurs and being the first person at the gym every morning!

Davian Hunte

With just over 3 decades of experience working in the sales market and with over 20 years being based in West Hampstead. Davian has built up a vast and very loyal client base over the years. The main source of my business comes through recommendations. After all of these years in property I still have a huge passion in what we do. In my spare time I love watching my 8 year old son playing football, hosting dinner parties at home and practicing hot yoga.
